Giving Hope, Building Strength

Welcome to Connected Families Counseling and Consulting. Our services are fully dedicated to identifying and building on strength in families. Located in the Southwest metropolitan region of Minneapolis, we serve in two distinct ways. First, we engage directly with families through counseling and various in-home services. Then, because of the results we’ve seen using solution focused techniques with families, we also provide training primarily aimed at helping social service agencies embrace the “Signs of Safety” framework for child welfare work.

Signs of Safety

We are privileged to work with counties across the United States and Canada to provide “Signs of Safety” training and support. Our best hope is to encourage and support social service workers, supervisors and the families they work with to engage in a family-centric approach to keeping children safe and strengthening families.
